Refund policy

At Sri Govardhan's, we want you to enjoy every bite of our sweets and snacks. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return process just for you!

🔁Return Window

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unopened, and in its original packaging.
📹 Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests to verify product condition and authenticity.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@srigovardhan.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9771116107 within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order ID

  • A brief reason for return

  • The unboxing video

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions and address details.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll review your unboxing video and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As our sweets and snacks are perishable goods, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or

  • The wrong item was sent.

We do not accept returns for opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored products.
Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items verified through an unboxing video.
If approved, we’ll ship a replacement once we receive and confirm the return.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
To request a cancellation, please reach out via email or WhatsApp.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 7–10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

NOTE-

  • COD advance payment  is non-refundable once order is confirmed and dispatched.
  • One-way shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

In case of RTO (Return to Origin):

  • Although shipping is free, actual shipping charges incurred will be deducted

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping cost

  • No refund will be issued for repeated RTO customers
