At Sri Govardhan's, we strive to ensure that your sweets and snacks reach you fresh and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship within India only.

We use trusted courier partners: BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, EcomExpress, Ekart, Amazon, etc.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping for orders above 1 kg or will notify.

Orders below 1 kg may incur shipping charges as calculated during checkout or according to Shipping policy.
🔄 Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to customer refusal, non-availability, incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery, it will be marked as RTO.
In case of RTO:

Although shipping is free, actual shipping charges incurred will be deducted

Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping cost

No refund will be issued for repeated RTO customers
4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

You can also check your order status anytime on our tracking page.
5. Shipping Address & Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Sri Govardhan is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
